FAQs

How can I determine if medication is suitable for me?

To determine if medication is appropriate for you, we will consider factors such as the severity of your symptoms, previous treatment success, diagnosis, safety, tolerability, and personal preferences. Ultimately, the decision will be made collaboratively based on your individual circumstances and needs.

Do you offer complimentary consultations?

Absolutely! Schedule your free consultation to streamline the process without the hassle of phone tag or lengthy email exchanges. During this 15-minute session, we'll discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have regarding the process.

Are sessions conducted virtually or in person?

The choice is yours! Both virtual and in-person sessions are available for your convenience. If you're feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is ill, we'll opt for a Telehealth session to prioritize everyone's well-being.

What can I expect during my initial appointment?

During your first session, we'll begin by reviewing the paperwork you've completed. Then, we'll dive into discussing your strengths, struggles, and goals. It's normal to feel nervous or uneasy during this initial meeting, but I'm here to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to your success, so we'll focus on establishing that foundation from the very beginning.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are currently in-network with multiple insurance carriers. For details regarding insurance carriers we are in-network with and service fees, please refer to the services section of our website. If you have any questions about your insurance benefits, we recommend reaching out to your insurance carrier directly for clarification.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply notify us via email or text at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client and helps you avoid any cancellation fees. If you're feeling unwell or unable to make it to the office, Telehealth sessions are always an option.

Failure to cancel your appointment within a 24-hour timeframe will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
